INCOME LIMITS:

Residency at Wildwood Commons Apartment is limited to households having incomes of no more than 30% of area median income adjusted for household size. Income earned from employment, self-employment, unemployment benefits, social security payments, monetary gifts, public assistance, child support, retirement benefits, income from personal property, and income earned from assets (checking, saving, money market, CD’s, IRA, 401k or other investments) all count as income. All income and assets will be verified by examining source documentation and using third-party verification.

SECTION 8/VASH/CILA:

This program is not connected with Section 8. However, applicants with Section 8 vouchers may apply for residency. Applicants receiving CILA or funding from other government agencies that may subsidize your income will be included in the calculation of your monthly income.

Apartments at Wildwood Commons will be available in March 2025. Pre-applications will be accepted starting Friday, February 28th at 9:00 am.
