12 project-based vouchers are available from the Housing Authority of Champaign County (HACC) for the currently under-construction Main Street Lofts (West Chicago) project. Main Street Lofts will offer permanent supportive housing apartments designed for individuals with disabilities (intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and physical disabilities), people experiencing homelessness and veterans who need ongoing services and supports.
This 4-story elevator project, located at 487 Main Street in West Chicago, IL, will include 21 one-bedroom units and 3 two-bedroom units on the second through fourth floors. The first floor will contain a library, community room with kitchen, laundry room, fitness room and management office.
