Residency at Wildwood Commons Apartment is limited to households having incomes of no more than 30% of area median income adjusted for household size. Income earned from employment, self-employment, unemployment benefits, social security payments, monetary gifts, public assistance, child support, retirement benefits, income from personal property, and income earned from assets (checking, saving, money market, CD’s, IRA, 401k or other investments) all count as income. All income and assets will be verified by examining source documentation and using third-party verification.

The maximum allowable gross income limits as follows:

The minimum gross income limits are provided by unit size and are based on a tenant paying less than 45% of income for rent, utilities, and other long-term obligations.
