People at Keeler CDS enjoyed a “Brews & Tattoos” Fun Friday. Staff arranged flash sheets of temporary tattoos, and everyone chose their favorite designs (or two!). Staff helped apply the tattoos where folks wanted. Everyone then enjoyed a round of “brews” – root beer!
Witnessing the April 2024 eclipse was a special experience for people at Keeler Center. Many classrooms also learned about eclipses in their current events or News 2 You presentations. Some people liked the glasses better – and we agree everyone was stylin!
Recreational Therapist Intern Illiana led Paint ‘n Sip afternoons with Keeler CDS participants. In two sessions, depending on interests, people painted free hand or painted the same picture together. It was a great time for socialization and creativity. Everyone also enjoyed a glass of sparkling juice as their “sip”.
